Prince Frederick Eagles Cheerleading 2016
The Prince Frederick Eagles are pleased to offer several programs to our communities' youth to include cheerleading for children age 4-14 years old. The PFE cheer program provides an age-specific opportunity to those children interested in beginning and advancing within the sport. The programs activities primarily revolve around performing at Prince Frederick Eagle football games and various cheer competition opportunities based on age and skill.
Our season will begin in August. Cheer performs at 10-12 games and 2 competitions. Most games are on Saturdays, but some may fall on a Wednesday night. Team game schedules will be made available on the 2nd or 3rd week of practice. Cheerleaders are expected to arrive 30 minutes before game time, unless coaches instruct otherwise. Practice schedules are determined by coaches when season gets closer.
PFE provides uniforms (skirt/shell) for all cheerleaders. These are handed out at equipment handouts (dates TBD).
Order forms will be available at equipment handouts for MANDATORY cheer kit items, to include:
- hair bow
- cheer socks
- Poms (10u And under)
- black briefs
- black full bodysuit
Cheerleaders will also need to have all white tennis shoes to be purchased on your own.
Uniform (shell/skirt) must be returned at the end of the season. If uniform is not returned, parents are responsible for full payment of the uniform.
Please show respect to coaches and other cheerleaders by being on time for practice, games, and/or events.
We strive to provide a fun and safe environment for your children to learn the basic fundamentals of cheerleading. Our cheerleaders can thrive in a positive environment. Cheer your child/children on!!! We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the game/practice/event areas who disturb this process.
Please keep in mind all of our coaches, team moms, elected/appointed board members are volunteers. Please respect their time and efforts.
